Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 5 days of delivery (except for made-to-order and clearance sale items). Just ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • Made-to-order or customized products cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged once (e.g., Clearance Sale, PayDay Sale).
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll exchange it for free or issue a refund after deducting return shipping charges.
  • Exchanges are only for size-related issues and will be processed after inspection.
  • The first exchange is free. ₹300 per item fee applies for further exchanges.
  • A return fee of ₹150 applies for one item. ₹100 will be added for each additional item.

How to Request a Return/Exchange?

  • Log into your account on our website to raise a request.
  • We’ll arrange pickup if your pincode is serviceable. Otherwise, self-ship the item.
  • Pack securely with Order ID and mobile number; item must be unused with all tags intact.
  • Pickups attempted within 48 hours, maximum two attempts.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 90 days).
  • Shipping, COD fees, store credits, and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Ineligible returns won’t be refunded and will be sent back at customer’s expense.
  • Failed transaction refunds due to payment gateway errors take 3–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not shipped.
  • If canceled before dispatch, refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to cancel due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or delivery restrictions.
  • If we cancel the order, a full refund is issued.

If you received a damaged or incomplete package, send photos and an unpacking video within 24 hours.

If marked delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours.

Terms & Conditions

  • We may reject returns/exchanges not complying with policy terms.
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior may lead to order restrictions or legal action.
  • Customer must return products in original condition with tags and documents.
  • We’re not liable for return loss/damage if customer arranges shipping.
  • By purchasing, you agree to all policy terms.
  • Refunds are not our responsibility if incorrect bank details are provided.
  • If confirmed delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours.
  • Refund eligibility is confirmed via email and processed in 3–5 days (or longer in exceptional cases).
  • We may update the policy at any time without notice.
