Return and Exchange Policy

At KSHM (an entity of Core Asana Pvt. Ltd,), we allow hassle free returns and exchanges without asking much questions.

Please read through our guidelines

• To initiate a refund/ exchange, simply write us at info@coreasana or reach us out +917827270004
• Request has to be raised within 5 days of receiving the item
• As we include shipping charges in our MRP, while remitting against refund requests we deduct 200 Rs for ‘To and Fro’ shipping from the amount you paid
• In an unfortunate case if an item is received as defective, we refund the FULL amount paid by customer
• We accept size exchange request only once & without any extra cost
• Return/ Exchange request will not be accepted in case the item is used, worn, or altered
• Similarly, for customized orders there won’t be any returns/ exchanges
• For us to process refunds, the item should reach us in original packaging with all the tags intact

Refund

• You will receive a notification once your returned order reaches our warehouse
• Within 48 hours of us receiving it, we will remit your original credit method after deducting 200 Rs shipping charges
• It may take 2-3 days for it to reflect in your bank account depending in your bank
