What should I do if I have not received all the items in my purchase?

If you have not received all the items in your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopkshm.com. Share your order number and unboxing video & photos of the incorrect or missing items for instant resolution.

What are the types of delivery and delivery times for an order?

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)

Can I change the delivery address of an order?

Yes, you can update the delivery address before the order is shipped. Either update it in your order details or contact our customer support team at support@shopkshm.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. To request, contact our customer support team at support@shopkshm.com. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can initiate an exchange or return after receiving the product.
