Returns & Exchanges
We offer easy and hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Eligibility & Fee Structure:
- You can request a return/exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- Your first exchange is free, after that, exchanges cost ₹300 per item.
- For returns, a fee of ₹150 applies for the first item and ₹100 for each extra item.
Important conditions:
- Customized pieces not eligible for return /exchange.
- Products exchanged once are not eligible for return.
- Free return or refund for wrong/damaged item.
How to Book a Return/Exchange?
Pickup & self-ship process:
- To Book a Return or exchange, kindly email us at support@shopkshm.com with your order number.
- Once you raise a return request using the button above, we’ll arrange a pickup if your pincode is serviceable.
- If not, you can self-ship the item.
- Pack it securely with your Order ID, original tags & phone number.
- Pickup will be attempted within 48 hours (max 2 tries).

Refund
Refund timelines:
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after receiving.
- For failed payments, refunds take 3–7 business days.
Refund modes:
- Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 90 days).
Exceptions:
- Ineligible returns won’t be refunded and will be sent back at your cost.

If you received a damaged or incomplete package, send photos and an unpacking video within 24 hours.
If marked delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours.
Terms & Conditions
- Policy enforcement: We may reject returns, exchanges, or refunds not complying with policy terms.
- Misuse & fraud: Fraudulent claims, repeated returns, or policy misuse may lead to order restrictions, account suspension, or legal actions.
- Customer-arranged shipping: We’re not liable for return loss/damage if customer arranges shipping.
- Agreement: By purchasing, you agree to all policy terms.
