Return and Exchange Policy

At KSHM (an entity of Core Asana Pvt. Ltd,), we allow hassle free returns and exchanges without asking much questions.

Returns

• To initiate a return/ exchange, simply write us at support@shopkshm.com or reach us out on +91 7827270004 or log into your account and raise a request.

 

• The request has to be raised within 5 days of receiving the product. Our team will process your request and raise a return request on your behalf.

 

• Your return/ exchange will be picked up from your place within 48 hours of you raising the request.

Terms

• We only accept the requests of return/ exchange of the product in original condition with all the tags intact. Used, torn, or altered product won’t be accepted.

 

• We accept size exchange request only once & without any extra cost.

 

• For customised orders, we don’t accept any returns/ exchanges.

Refunds

• For defective product received, we refund the FULL amount without deducting reverse shipping charges.

 

• For exchange, no extra cost will be charged on your first size exchange.

 

• For returns, we refund the entire amount after deducting a nominal shipping charge of up to ₹150.
