We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us! Here's everything you need to know about our returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and shipping. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 5 days of delivery (except for made-to-order and clearance sale items). Just ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
- Made-to-order or customized products cannot be returned, as they are specially crafted for you.
- Sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged once (e.g., Clearance Sale, PayDay Sale, Deal of the Day etc.).
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll exchange it for free or issue a refund after deducting return shipping charges.
- Exchanges are only for size-related issues and will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
- The first exchange is free! For returns or additional exchanges, a ₹150 per item handling fee applies.
How to request a return/exchange?
Email us at support@shopkshm.com or call +91 7827270004 with your order details. You can also log into your account on our website to raise a request.
- We’ll arrange a pickup. If your pin code is not serviceable, you’ll need to self-ship the item.
- Return pickup is subject to availability for more than 2 pants.
- Pack the item securely with your Order ID and registered mobile number, and make sure it’s unused with all tags intact.
- Pickups are attempted within 48 hours of request, with a maximum of two attempts.
